MATURITY
Ann
Landers was a popular columnist who was read by millions all over the world.
Almost every day sacks of mail were delivered to her from people who came from
different parts of the globe, no matter what their age, status or profession
might be. Some of the letters dealt with serious problems, others with simpler
ones, and each was answered in a straightforward, matter-of-fact way. Whether
the problem was largeor small, Ann Landers gave it her undivided attention. She
realized that each problem was of utmost importance to the letter writer and that a reply was needed. One thing
that was common in most of these letters was that the writer had a problem with
which he could not cope. And, in many cases, the inability to cope was the result
of immaturity.
Reaching
the oge of sighteen-in many countries the official age for adulthood-is no
guarantee of maturity. Maturity, according to Ann Landers, is not regulated by
the calendar. In other words, what she was saying was that a number of us have
never grown up, that countless individuals who may be financial and
professional giants are, in many replaced his thumb with a cigar is no proof
that he is grown.
Here
are some of her definitions of maturity.

destruction.

is patience, the willingness to pass up immediate pleasure in favor of the long
term gain.

say, ‘’I am sorry.’’ And when he is proved right, he does not have to say,’’I
told you so.’’

Ø coment :
In my opinion after read the arfucle about maturity
. maturity not only about physecly such as size of bady , age above 17th but
also attitude and character everyone where they can control . Their emotion,
speech . Someone who have maturity is man can be responsible about their
mistake . someone can’t measure their maturity because who can measure their
maturity is other people. Not other people who they unknow but other people
such as family and friend other people can’t judge people who not yet have
maturity as bad people but they not yet know means from a maturity for every
one.
The consequenty, the personality which good must be
to do since early, so when adult can have good association, because if not to
do since early then will appear become people with bad personality, such as not
have respectful, and care with other people, egoist, and etc .
So, you must
be make better your personality from
